TENDER
Re-shingle Roof – Public Works Building
The Municipality of the District of Shelburne invites tenders for the replacement of the shingles on the roof of the public works building. The project is to include the following:
- Supply and install 25 year, 3-in-1 shingles, drip-edge ice and water shield, tar paper, tar and all fasteners.
- Erect staging, remove existing shingles, assess roof sheathing, re-nail all loose boards, install drip-edge, lay ice and water shield, lay tar paper, fasten shingles, dismantle staging, removal and proper disposal of roofing debris.
