REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
MUNICIPALITY OF THE DISTRICT OF SHELBURNE
RETURNING OFFICER
The Municipality of the District of Shelburne is requesting proposals from individuals to act as its Returning Officer for the 2012 Municipal Election, being held on October 20, 2012. Individuals should include in their proposals their fee for this service and provide a resume indicating education, qualifications and any experience with regard to elections. Information on the duties of a Returning Officer can be obtained at the Municipal Administration Building, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday - 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Sealed proposals will be accepted until 4:30 pm on Friday, February 3, 2012.
The Municipality of the District of Shelburne reserves the right to accept the proposal that is in the best interest of the Municipality.
