1. knowingly furnishes false information in any application made pursuant to this Act or in any statement or return required to be furnished pursuant to this Act or the regulations;
2. fails to comply with any order, direction, or other requirement made pursuant to this Act;
3. contravenes any provision of this Act or the regulations,
4. And every director or officer of a corporation who knowingly concurs in such furnishing, failure or contravention is guilty of an offence and on summary conviction is liable to a fine of not less than one hundred dollars nor more than two thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term of not more than one year, or both.

Daily Fine

(2) Every person who fails to comply with an order made pursuant to Section 12 is guilty of an offence and on summary conviction, in addition to the penalties mentioned in subsection (1), is liable to a fine of not less than one hundred dollars nor more than one thousand dollars per day for every day upon which the offence continued after such order was given.
