Physical Activity and Fitness Telephone Survey Planned for Shelburne

The Town and Municipality of Shelburne will be conducting a telephone survey on physical activity levels and behaviors, as part of the Physical Activity Strategy. The survey will be conducted by IPSOS Reid Research Firm from February 1st, 2012 to February 13th, 2012. This is a follow-up to the survey that was completed in 2009 and will provide comparative information that will allow us to gauge changes in physical activity and fitness levels during this period of time. The information gathered will be used to help plan the next phase of the Physical Activity Strategy. Reponses are anonymous and individual results will not be used in any way. Your input is greatly appreciated and we look forward to hearing from you. The survey is sponsored in cooperation with the Department of Health and Wellness.
