Sport Nova Scotia is a non-profit association incorporated in 1971. It is a federation of provincial sport governing bodies. It’s purpose is to promote, encourage, and stimulate interest in amateur sport in Nova Scotia.
The Nova Scotia Health and Wellness mandatre is to provide policies, programs , and services that maintain, enhance and create quality sport, recreation and fitness opportunities whick improve health and contribute to the social and economic well-being of all Nova Scotians.
