Municipality Of Shelburne 2011 Winners
Eight lucky Shelburne County residents are the winners of 10 pounds of delicious lobster. The draws for the Shelburne County Lobster Festival Lobster Draw were held at the Lobster Festival Opening Ceremonies on Friday June 3 at 7:00pm at the Barrington Arena.
The winners are:

- Victoria Hopkins
- Marie Spencer
- Tanya Nickerson
- Suzanne Holland
- Lucy Shand
- Lorna Hallett
Tickets for the draw were sold by community groups and volunteers in Shelburne County. Sellers were able to keep half of their ticket sales for use by their group. The other half was used by the Lobster Festival Committee for publicity and promotion of the Festival. Nearly $1,400.00 was raised this year and split.

- Shelburne County Lobster Festival
The Shelburne County Lobster Festival is 4 days of activities in celebration of the lobster fishing industry. The first Lobster Festival was held in 1986. Local community groups and businesses throughout the County host a wide varity of activities to be enjoyed by locals and tourists alike. The Festival is held the first full week-end in June in the “Lobster Capital of Canada”.
