Memory Cafe

What is a Memory Café? Memory Cafés are an Age Friendly Communities Initiative to improve social and emotional well-being for older adults with memory challenges and their caregivers and families. Memory Cafés are a fun, positive social event that involve warm drinks and sweets, conversation and entertainment.
